"Return" refers to giving back a product ordered through the MusculaRx portal by the consumer. The following circumstances may lead to the initiation of a return request:
Products delivered do not match the order placed by the consumer.
Products delivered are nearing or past their expiry date. (Medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered nearing expiry.)
Products delivered were damaged during transit. (Consumers are advised not to accept any product with a tampered seal.)
Note: Consumers should avoid accepting the delivery if a damaged product is received. If the product is discovered to be damaged upon opening the package, it may be returned for a refund. Replacement for damaged products depends on availability; a refund will be offered in case of unavailability.
In the above scenarios, consumers may request a return with MusculaRx customer care within 7 (seven) days from product delivery. MusculaRx reserves the right to cancel return requests if initiated after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of a return/refund request, MusculaRx will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, MusculaRx will initiate the return and refund process only upon confirmation from the concerned vendor regarding the product's contents.
In cases of frivolous or unjustified complaints regarding product quality or content, MusculaRx reserves the right to pursue legal action against the consumer, who will be solely liable for all associated costs.
The Following Conditions Apply to Returns
➙ Wrongly ordered products are not eligible for return.
➙ The batch number of the product being returned must match the one mentioned on the invoice.
➙ Return requests due to changes in prescription are not accepted.
➙ Products being returned must be in their original manufacturer's packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices
➙ Partially consumed strips or products are not eligible for return; only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

MusculaRx customer care team will verify the customer's claim within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from receiving the complaint. Upon verification of the claim as genuine and reasonable, MusculaRx will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned. Customers must pack the product(s) in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Refunds will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pick-up (if required).
Medical Test
Refund requests for medical tests may be raised under the following circumstances
➙ If the report has been challenged and no proper justification has been provided.
➙ If the report delivery time is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours and no proper justification has been provided.
Note: Free consultation and medicine delivery will be provided if the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick-related injury.
Orders placed through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet.
Orders placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer's bank account.
Customers can request a refund for online consultation if the consultation query is not replied to within the specified timeline. Refund requests must be raised with MusculaRx customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submitting the query or receiving a response. In case of a valid refund, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the refund request submission.

Customer Cancellation
➙ Orders for products can be canceled until MusculaRx ships them. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
➙ Orders for medical tests can be canceled before imitating the process.
➙ MusculaRx Cancellation
➙ MusculaRx may cancel certain orders due to non-availability of products, inaccuracies in pricing information, or other reasons.
➙ Orders classified as 'Bulk Orders' may also be canceled, as determined by MusculaRx based on specific criteria.
➙ No cancellation charges will be levied in accordance with the terms of this policy.
➙ Suppose the item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. Users are strongly advised to scrutinize the package upon acceptance of products from the delivery agent.
➙ Suppose the product packaging, packaging box, or packaging seal has been tampered with. Users are strongly advised to scrutinize the package upon acceptance of products from the delivery agent and should not accept the order if the package appears to be tampered.
➙ If it is explicitly mentioned on the product detail page, it is non-returnable.
➙ Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing.
➙ Suppose the product lacks a serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products from the delivery agent.
➙ Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
➙ The product does not have original packing and accessories/freebies.
➙ If the product is damaged due to misuse.
➙ Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, essential products including, but not limited to, masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including, but not limited to, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, and other items such as, but not limited to, diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc.
➙ Additionally, MusculaRx does not accept returns of certain items, such as sexual wellness products, diapers, etc. However, the Company shall accept returns if the products mentioned above are defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised, or delivered late.
Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or items whose expired return window cannot be returned. Suppose such an item is returned with another returnable item. In that case, MusculaRx will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product when our partner licensed retail pharmacy verifies the returned item(s).
